Martine is a well known Master craftsman and his pieces, all hand - made by him are sought after by collectors. The fan tail,signifying eagle feather protection is made from Spiney Oyster shell, and the necklace, with graduated Sleeping Beauty turquoise is all hand made by Martine, seen here in the background. It takes him around 20 minutes to make just one of the Turquoise beads and this Sleeping Beauty Turquoise has been mined out for many years, and is much prized for its startling Kingfisher colour. Note that even the cord is hand made and makes a simple tie knot, with no metal fasteners. Please note, this item is temporarily out of stock.
